FOMAT is a Site Management Organization that only manages high-producing sites. Our smallest site has 147 beds while our largest site has 846 beds. Together with our sites have a network of over 10 million patients. This enables us to surpass our enrollment goals. We are more than just an SMO. We spearhead ethics committees and MOH approval in our countries and have internal quality controls that enable us to keep our data from being compromised. We have various international sites located in the United States and Latin America.
FOMAT, an American company, possesses the professional expertise, competence, and commitment to assist pharmaceutical companies and/or other contract research organizations in the early stages of launching a clinical trial through FDA approval. FOMAT is an SMO that specializes in directing project development, while simultaneously excelling in producing quality data in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Key Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Portuguese and Spanish
- Must hold a Bachelor’s preferably in Business Administration or Marketing and a Masters’s Degree MBA/MS in project management from a US accredited university
- Must have 5+ years of experience working in project management, marketing, product management or business development
- You have 2+ years of experience working in Latin America
- 2+ years of experience working with online project management platforms (Asana, Teams, JIRA)
- You must have experience working with SQL
- 2+ years’ experience working with mobile applications preferably related to health tech
- You have the technical expertise to work with developers and have the knowledge to manage teams developing in React Native and Kotlin
- You have an understanding of mobile application development and can apply it to project management methodologies
Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives for long-term and short-term projects
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient
- Work closely with developer and User Interface and User Experience teams working in an Agile methodology
- Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure every team works within the required time frame and meets deadlines
- Responsible for reporting all activities to every Team Leader and keeping track of project timelines
- Assess risks and opportunities for every project under a Risk Assessment Plan
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements – monthly expense plan and project expenses 6-months in advance
- Work closely with the User Interface, User Experience and Developers teams to ensure monthly budget and costs are met
- Hold daily standup meetings with the developer team under the Agile Methodology – preferably Scrum
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
- Communicate with the developers that are in Latin America and coordinate with the team in the US – make sure there is a communication flow between teams in Latin America and the US

Salary: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
